Dermal Fillers Technician

This course is restricted to licensed healthcare professionals. Eligible participants include Physicians (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Dentists (DDS/DMD). You must provide proof of an active, unrestricted license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, BC College of Nurses and Midwives, or a relevant Canadian dental regulatory authority. License verification is completed before course confirmation.

The course covers multiple injection techniques including linear threading, bolus, and fanning methods. You will perform supervised live model injections for lip enhancement, cheek volumization, nasolabial folds, and facial contouring basics. Advanced facial anatomy including vascular danger zones is taught to ensure safe injection practice and complication avoidance.

The Dermal Fillers Technician course at BC Medical Clinic in Coquitlam is $2,000 for the 5-hour program. A combined Botox and Dermal Fillers training package is also available for $3,500 (10 hours), which saves you $500 compared to taking both courses individually. Training includes theoretical instruction, hands-on live model injections, and a Certificate of Completion.

No. The Certificate of Completion confirms training only and does not grant a license to practice. Authorization to perform injectable treatments is determined solely by your regulatory college. All participants must comply with their governing body's scope-of-practice regulations. International applicants may attend for educational purposes only.
